Formosa Papaya

Formosa Papaya

The Formosa Papaya is mild, aromatic, and one of the largest Papaya varieties. Once ripe the Papaya brings out a melon flavour.

Intenza Papaya

Intenza Papaya

One of the sweetest and less acidic varieties of Papaya. The flesh is more firm, but juicy. Best eatened when skin is spotted with yellow and orange highlights.

Alianca Papaya

Alianca Papaya

The Alianca Papaya from Brazil is a much sweeter and Jamaican tasting Papaya. The skin does not have to be yellow for the Papaya to be ready to eat. Green is also good to go!
