Often considered the optimal avocado by sushi chefs, the Lucky 7 Hass avocado does not brown as quickly as many other avocados. Its perfect nutty and buttery flavour reaches its peak when skin ripens from green to a dark purple.

Fun Fact: yellow avocado flesh means there is more oil content. White colour in the flesh means more water content. Yellow = good :)

What's the difference between bagged and premium large? Lucky 7's premium large avocado is our sushi grade avocado - carefully selected for their quality and size. Bagged avocados are smaller and tend to have a less perfected appearance and flavour.
