We searched all over Japan and found these “Red Angel” sweet potatoes. Red Angel is produced in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, where the unique geography, climate and temperature difference create sweet potatoes with the highest sugar level record in Japan!
Red Angel is the most representative sweet potato of Ibaraki Prefecture and all of Japan. Its appearance is very bright and appetizing, its flesh is transparent and translucent, and its texture is on the wet side and oily, plus it has little fibre, high sweetness, and good taste, making it extra delicious to eat.
How to Store and Eat: Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. For baking, wash the honey potatoes, bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, then turn over and bake for 25 minutes until the skin is thrown up and dripping with honey juice for the best flavour.

To be eligible for a return contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note that any products on sale are not eligible for returns. If you receive unusable product please contact us for a store credit.
