For most the perfect blueberry has three qualities: firm, crisp and juicy. Adding colour and size on top of that - by golly - do we have ourselves a great berry. 

Sourcing good berries non-locally is difficult because they are often ripped from the vine too early, thus having very little flavour. Sweetest Batch berries remain on the vine for the necessary amount of time giving every berry a borderline local flavour.
